The Truth is, Creating Themes in your Java
phoneis the same as Editing Themes. That is,
We cannotreally create Theme with our Java
phone, we only edit theme that we
alreadyhave in our phone be4 & replace the
it with our own Pictures. We will do the
Tutorial to the very Best Simplecity like ABC.
Now, let get down to Busines.
APPLICATION NEED First ofall, download
BLUEFTP 2 your Phone.
NOTE Always set your Application acces to
Ask every time. Go to where u save your
application, select Data access, select Read
user data & set it to Ask every time. Go back
again & select Add and edit data then set it
to Askevery time too. It is Best you Apply the
Theme you want to edit first to know the
Important items u want to change like
SCREEN SAVER
WALLPAPER
BACKGROUND &
Icon like
Settings
Contact
Log
Apps
Gallery
Media
Web
Messaging
Organiser
& have it in mind Before u start.
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEP TO GET GOOD
RESULT
1. Create a Folder in your Memory Card &
name it ADVOCATE
2. Open your BlueFTP & When it say Running
application request: Switchon Bluetooth?
Selet No. Any time your phone say Allow
application to read data in , always select
Yes.
3. Now Locate the Folder where u save the
Themes uhave in mind that u want to Edit &
when u see it,
4. Press 5 to open it, now uwill see many
items in the Theme including Picture Jpg or
Png extension.
5. Press Menu by your Lift, look for select All
& click it
6. Press Menu again look for Extract Selected
items& click it
7. Now press back & look for the Folder u
name ADVOCATE press 5 to open it which is
already Empty.
8. Press Menu, look for Paste item(s) now
always press Yes if your phone sayAllow
application to read datd in: Then it will say
Done Extraction Completed Successfully!
9. In this Step, U can do this without Closing
the BlueFTP But To make it easy, Close the
BlueFTP, goto your Gallery where u save your
Image & Select or Mark the Picture that u
want to use in replacing the Theme.
10. Now Move the image them to the Folder
u name ADVOCATE but make sure your
picture should not be more then the 1 u
Extracted to the folder
THE MAIN WORK
Open your BlueFTP again, locate the
ADVOCATE folder & start replacing, now open
the Extracted image 1 by 1 then when u see
the picture that u havein mind which is for
example, the SCREEN SAVER or the
WALLPAPER of the Original Theme, Press
Menu, Scrow to Rename then Mark all or
Copy the name & If your Phone did not have
the Feature of Copying, just use Pen to write
down the Name of the picture the ways they
are with the dot& extension Png, Jpg then
Delete that Picture from the Theme & Look 4
any ofyour picture u move 2 the Folder then
Goto Rename& Paste or Give the name of the
image u Deleted to that your picture. That is
what u will do to all your Picture & if u have
any of your own Picture that u did not Use
when u are through with the Important item
list Above, kindly delete unuses picture from
the Folder. Asu are renaming u should never
rename or touch anything that look like this
theme-descriptor.xml it is not part of our
Busines. Now if u are through, press Menu,
choose Select all press menu again
selectCompress items (nth) thenu will See
File.nth just remove the File & put yourName
any ways u like e.g Advocate.nth u can now
press Ok. When your pop up Allow
Application to edit and add new data, press
Yes till it say Done! Compression Complected
Successfully
*. U are now free to Exit the BlueFTP & Test
your work by Applying the Theme.
REMEMBER
When u Apply it & it say Corrupted, that
means u make mistake with the Step.

HOW TO MODIFY AN APPLICATION LIKE 2GO ON A JAVA PHONE

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Raw 2go file i.e. 2go in .zip format, 2go.zip
2. BlueFTP
3. Advance Class editor 
4. Advance class translator
5. A picture in .png format i.e not more than 50kb

NOTE: THIS TUTORIAL IS STRICTLY FOR JAVA PHONE USERS.

Firsly open your 2go.zip with blueFTP
and extract all its content into a folder.

     CHANGING OF ITEMS.

Open your class editor, locate the extracted
files open META-INF inside it you will
see manifest.mf inside it you will see
MIDlet-name, change it to any name
you want.

CHANGING OF ICON (icon.png)

In the extracted file you will see icon.png delete it then copy the picture you want to use with blueFTP and paste it in the
folder where the extracted files are
then rename to icon.png.    

CHANGING THINGS LIKE "CONNECTING"
"LOGGING IN" And "STARTING 2GO" e.t.c

Just open ur Advance class Translator then
start opening these folders one by one from a.class to z.class but make sure u don't change the ones u're not familiar with.

After all this, open ur blueFTP, select all nd go to compress items (jar), then rename it from §jar to .jar in ur file manager or gallery
